...Labyrinth is a well-written novel, considering Hassiem's circumstances, circumstances that implicated the book's self-publication and some of it's minor textual and paratextual imperfections. Stylistically speaking, Labyrinth's is written in prose-poetical style, although the author configures the work in the age-old from of prosimetrum: the interspersal of prose and poetry. The fantastic convergence of stories in the novel encompasses quests, physical and spiritual, the play of light and darkness, and romance and redemption.....
